1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Opened or used beauty products
    • Items not in their original condition
    • Items missing parts or damaged for reasons not due to our error
    • Gift cards

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@pearly-face.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

2. Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available for eligible items that are returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@pearly-face.com with details of the defect or damage.

4. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
